Veteran television and video director Mike Hurdelbrink
has joined Aquarian Entertainment & Production
Services (Aquarian) as the Executive Producer.
Hurdelbrink brings 35 years of broadcast television,
independent producing/directing and small business experience
to Aquarian. Serving as the “live,”
on-site video director for all Aquarian shows, Hurdelbrink
has a long-term relationship with Gene Lundgren, President,
CEO and owner of Aquarian.
“Gene and I have worked together in many facets
of this business for over twenty years”, says
Hurdelbrink. “The greatest enjoyment in my career
has been working on the live events. With Aquarian,
that’s what we’re all about.” Lundgren
agrees, but adds, “Mike’s experience in
broadcast television brings the exciting prospect of
bringing new directions for Aquarian with our live event
skills.” Aquarian already has
plans in the works for live concert television specials.
Hurdelbrink’s broadcast experience includes many
live events, including Cincinnati Reds Baseball, Regional
NFL Football, the BeeGees reunion tours and various
Washington news events. Hurdelbrink’s video pieces
range from countless convention roll-ins to recruitment
and image pieces for many large corporations and associations.
Hurdelbrink recently finished a package of 424 television
and radio PSAs with spouses and family members of the
US Congress for the National Association of Broadcasters
via Double R Productions.
Hurdelbrink is also launching Aquarian’s
new website. Hitting cyberspace early in July, the site
notes Aquarian’s progress, including
three large shows coming up this year with top name
entertainment: LeAnn Rimes, Jeff Foxworthy and Rod Stewart.
Aquarian provides clients with innovative
solutions for all of their meeting needs by utilizing
the extensive experience of Aquarian’s
event management team to produce compelling creative
designs, delivering leading entertainers and keynote
speakers and executing the “live” event
flawlessly with the highest possible production values.
