Aquarian Entertainment & Production Services
(Aquarian) had a banner year in 2004, producing
a variety of events for a diverse clientele. These events
catered to an array of audiences, from investors, truckers
and international guests to AIDS researchers. Aquarian
kicked off the year in February with the Sterling Trucks
dealer meeting in Tampa, Florida. Five hundred top dealers
representing the Daimler-Chrysler brand were on hand
for the original set and custom-made graphics provided
by Aquarian.
Aquarian continued its’ success
at the Moscone Center in San Francisco for the 12th
Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections
(CROI), which is a scientific meeting of the world’s
leading researchers working to understand, prevent,
and treat HIV/AIDS and its complications. This conference
attracts over 4,000 international scientists and researchers
and required extensive planning throughout the year.
Aquarian produced CROI’s conferences
in 2003, 2004, and is currently working on the 2005
conference.
In March, Aquarian went on to produce
banquet entertainment for the Cellular Telephone and
Internet Association (CTIA). Aquarian
booked comedian Dennis Miller to host the event. This
CTIA banquet in Atlanta accommodated several thousand
international guests from the mobile phone industry.
In the fall, Aquarian produced the
Washington Investor Group Conference in September for
the Carlyle Group, a private global investment firm.
This marks the fourth year that Aquarian
put this conference together, which requires high security
and careful consideration for the safety of each attendee.
Aquarian brought Phil Collins to the
Freightliner Trucks dinner at the American Trucking
Association show in Las Vegas in October. This marked
Collins’ last tour in the United States, with
Aquarian coordinating all the specific
requirements for the pop star icon.
Aquarian provides clients with innovative
